We had an outstanding experience with Matt Nixon and Trusted Roofing! They replaced our roof, gutters, downspouts, and screens, and the entire process exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
Matt was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the roof color selection, and he made sure the new gutters were perfectly matched to our home's color. His attention to detail and commitment to making everything look great really stood out.
The roofing crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They completed the work without damaging any of our bushes or flowers, and their cleanup was exceptional. There wasn't any debris left behind—I honestly couldn't find a single nail anywhere in the yard.
Matt stayed in touch throughout the entire project, checking in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy with the work. That level of customer service is hard to find.
One extra touch that made the experience even more memorable was that Matt would occasionally bring cookies that his wife had baked. They were absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel like more than just customers.
If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers outstanding craftsmanship, excellent communication, and truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Matt Nixon and Trusted Roofing. We couldn't be happier with the results!

They were very personable and made the experience painless. Even when insurance did not want to cover our whole roof, Nate and the team fought with us until the whole roof was covered!
